Another thing I haven't recovered since Escapade is my ability to block things out. My senses are still sharper, and I'm noticing people around me too much. A sense of smell is not something you want to have operating at peak levels when you ride the subway, and mine is usually so acute already that I can't even wear perfume. I became intensely, fakely red-haired again Wednesday, going from four-months-later autumn-colored (red-blonde-brown) to something approaching brick mixed with fruit punch.
